Training Format
I mostly work one on one or with small private groups of 2 or 3 people, as each session is highly personalised to the individual.
All of my coaching sessions can also be conducted online over Zoom, Whatsapp or Messenger except for the physical AIDA course elements (hence I would recommend that you conduct the entire AIDA course face to face, but you have this option if it suits you best).
Preferably before each session, I like to discuss your training needs so that we set up the right program for you.
Equalisation techniques are usually the most problematic areas but are the most essential. With RV training we will focus on adaptation to pressure at depth using mouthfill and air retrieval and at a beginner level using the frenzel method.

Payment Terms
The following Payment Terms are applicable to all coaching sessions and courses:
- 50% non-returnable deposit on booking
- 50% balance at least one week prior to the start date of the session/course
Payments are acccepted through Wise, PayPal and bank transfer.
Coaching / course date changes are subject to availability and must be requested no later than one week before the start of the course and rescheduled within two months of the start date.
No changes will be accepted within one week of the start date and full payment will be retained.
Cancellations made within one week of the start date will be subject to 100% fees.
For students not completing the full course, no refunds will be made.
Discount packages of multiple sessions are available but will be subject to use within a defined timeframe.
